A Cosmic Odyssey

The organic nature of Silver Liquid juxtaposes Etmo’s multidisciplinary use of brass and woodwind instruments, percussion and effects with Osk’s electronic wizardry when using both old analog and new technology - sh101, analog delays, iphone, ableton.
This is how these two artists, with very different backgrounds, give birth to an intriguing new sound.

The album, which was recorded in a single session, sounds surprisingly solid for an impromptu collaboration thanks to an exquisite production work.
Melodic yet unpredictable and even manic at times, Etmo and Osk deliver a sleek work full of suspense and character.

In Silver Liquid, Etmo’s powerful sax guides you as the scene opens before your eyes and your attention is lead to the little electronic treats that keep coming up as the track progresses. This cosmic odyssey takes the listening experience to a different level offering you a collage of landscapes, moods and weird creatures. By the end of each track you’ll want to know the name of the film, but of course, there isn’t one.

Silver Liquid stands out as a unique work by these two extremely talented composers/performers.
